The economical Fantastic Fitness Program developed by owner and personal trainer Mark Russo is your answer for fitness succcess at Mark's private gym. There is no contract, you pay as you use sessions. All personal training sessions are by appointment and directed by Mark which is perfect for the busy person that needs to conserve time and money. Implementation of proper form and stretching are vital for safety and injury prevention.

I've made more progress under the guidance of Mark Russo at Fantastic Fitness in 12 months than 5 years at Planet Fitness on my own. Upper body strength and energy has improved big time. We workout, stretch and laugh. I'd recommend Mark and his skill to anyone at any age who wants to build muscle, lose weight and increase confidence. This gym environment is welcome to all.
